Make this pendent uniquely yours, while learning metalsmithing techniques and balancing design elements. You will learn how to cut, file, fold, roll and manipulate metals into funky designs. Then embellish your design with ephemera and found objects. As seen in Belle Armoire Jewelry Magazine.
Kit includes: A variety of metals including brass, copper & aluminum, handmade papers, ephemera, found objects, rusty hardware (sealed), jewelry findings, leather, chain and all materials needed to complete a unique pendent. Glues, varnish, sponges, paint, rubber stamps, permanent inks, webbing spray, variety of metals, beads, walnut inks & patinas.
Kit Fee: $35
Supply list: Tin Snips, leather work gloves, protective eyewear, hardware store file, jewelry pliers, round and flat (sturdy not tiny), household hammer, a small box to carry your pendent from class. Jewelry Head Pins in silver or gold tone 2” long (approximately 1 dozen), a closure of your choice for neckpiece (toggle or lobster clasp), sponge brushes (3) 1” wide, Cheap paint brushes, round and flat brushes, E6000 glue, any small findings, broken jewelry, large holed beads or ephemera that holds meaning for you.
